(“ILA”), a publicly-traded (OTCQB: ILAL) international land investment and development firm, was formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming in 2013, with its principal offices located at 350 10th Avenue, Suite 1000, San Diego CA 92101, and its’ Mexico operations located at Calle Escuadrón 201 # 3110 – 7 Zona Río, Tijuana, B.C. The Company was formed to develop and sell residential communities for home buyers, vacation/second homes, retirement, and investors. Through an interactive online website, buyers will be able to view properties from any one of the Company’s projects. Buyers will be able to search by key-search words that will direct them to their ideal location or floor plan with a list of amenities, view, design, size, and the ability to buy online.
